ECD should attract individuals who genuinely understand children and can uncover the potential within their communities. Building a strong foundation for children’s futures starts with classrooms led by passionate, dynamic, and engaging educators.

Right Path provides innovative training resources to Empower stakeholders and enhance their ability to implement the national Learning Framework. This empowerment initiative transforms instructors into active, hands-on educators who prioritize direct interaction, recognizing that young children thrive through experiential learning. More than academics, children need life skills to grow into well-rounded individuals—and that’s what this programme is all about.

b) MANAGEMENT COMMITTEES

They form the backbone of school and center administration, legally entrusted by the Government to oversee daily operations and ensure educational excellence. These dedicated management committees play a key role, working hand-in-hand with parents, teachers, pupils, communities, district officials, and local leaders to create supportive learning environments, foster staff well-being, and uphold smooth, effective school operations.

Our mission is to empower these committees to excel in their roles, equipping them with the skills, confidence, and tools needed to fulfill their administrative, supervisory, and advisory responsibilities effectively. By fostering leadership and building collaborative networks, we aim to inspire lasting progress in educational quality and community engagement.

Acting on behalf of the government, they should provide effective oversight, ensuring that teachers, parents, and children actively fulfill their roles and responsibilities.

Additionally, they should mobilize vital resources by engaging stakeholders in the creation of impactful programs that foster the Center’s growth and development.

c) COMMUNITY

As the frontline advocates for children’s well-being, community involvement in ECD initiatives fuels every aspect of a child’s growth—emotionally, intellectually, and physically. Through meaningful interactions and supportive environments, children experience holistic development, setting a strong foundation for lifelong learning and resilience.
